SHIPPING & ORDER STATUS
Our products are shipped in the USA ONLY!, (except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) via UPS ground. Typically, you should receive the item two to four weeks from the order date, provided the item is in stock. If you do not receive your order within this time frame, please fill out our contact form and we will be glad to send you the UPS tracking number.

RETURN POLICY
We hope you are completely satisfied with our products. If for some reason the product is defective, we include a return form with the product packaging. Please fill out the form and send it back to us with the defective item and we will ship a replacement to you immediately.
REFUND POLICY
If you are not 100% completely satisfied with our product, you may send it back for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. The package will contain a parts list which also includes a form for returns at the bottom. Fill out the form and include it with the returned item for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. |
